It is fairly clean and in a peaceful neighbourhood. Has big size room with the bathroom enclosed to chill. Everything is very good about this lovely apartment, can just recommend.

Marvellous and stunning location for Venice, near the railway station S. In general friendly and great staff.

The apartment looked lovely. The building was very close to St Marco square and shops and restaurants, even so its area was bustling. Plus it was located on the water bus. Such very amiable and excellent hosts who helped us a lot. A shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet were provided.

We loved the modern, clean apartment with a comfortable bed and well-equipped kitchenette. the location was perfect, not too touristy, and close to the Salute and Academia water bus stops. the apartment had an effective AC unit and a great shower. a convenient and comfortable stay for longer-term business travelers.

It was located near the public transport, such as a tram stop. Kitchen was very handy. Superb base for discovering san giorgio maggiore nearby. Pretty building, where we stayed.
